Joe Giacalone founded Arch Painting with the goal of building a full-service painting firm that offers the attentiveness and accessibility of a small company with the capabilities of a larger business. Founded in 1997, Arch Painting currently serves residential, commercial and industrial clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Rhode Island.

Alex started with Arch Painting, Inc. in 1998 as a painter, and has worked his way up through the ranks. As Commercial Production Manager, Alex Vidal is responsible for managing Arch Painting’s internal staff of full-time painters and crew leaders for all commercial and industrial jobs. He personally schedules and oversees all commercial jobs, working closely with property owners/managers and crew leaders to effectively manage the outcome of projects to and assure each customer’s satisfaction.

As an Estimator, Adam serves clients in the Greater Boston Area. He is responsible for interpreting client needs and providing estimates for jobs including painting, staining, power washing, plaster repair, and wood refinishing.

Prior to joining Arch Painting, Adam owned and operated Vivid Image Painting, a Worcester, MA painting firm. Before that, he owned a franchise for a national painting business. Adam Scher is an active member of the Boston Building and Materials Co-Op, teaching a class each year on exterior painting to area homeowners.

Jennifer Blais

Operations Manager

Jennifer has recently been hired as the Operations Manager for Arch Painting. She has ten years of office experience with a college background in Business Administration.  Jennifer has previous experience overseeing all administrative duties, employee accountability and performance, and all customer service issues.

Pat Pelosi is an inside sales representative for commercial sales at Arch Painting. Currently concentrating on developing and maintaining new commercial accounts, her prior experience includes sales and customer service, as well as project administration. She has been an employee with Arch Painting for 4 years.

Nanci Moore is the head of Arch's Accounting/Finance Division, and has been with the company since March 2007. She handles all aspects of accounts receivables, payables, payroll, and billing. Prior to working at Arch Painting, Nanci's vast experience includes handling the accounting responsibilities for various banks, trade organizations, and the restaurant industry.
