Joe Giacalone founded Arch Painting with the goal of building a full-service painting firm that offers the attentiveness and accessibility of a small company with the capabilities of a larger business. Founded in 1997, Arch Painting currently serves residential, commercial and industrial clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Rhode Island.

Jennifer Blais

Operations Manager

Jennifer oversees the day to day operations of Arch Painting, inside and out.  She personally schedules and oversees all projects, working closely with home owners, property owners/managers and crew leaders to effectively manage the outcome of projects, and to assure each customer’s satisfaction.  Jennifer also works with Joe to cultivate new and better ways to improve our customer’s experience.

Jennifer has over ten years of experience with a college background in Business Administration.  Jennifer joined the Arch Painting team in 2008 and has previous experience overseeing all administrative functions, employee accountability and performance, and customer service issues.

Kelly Pizzano

Administrative Coordinator

Kelly Pizzano is the Administrative Coordinator for Arch Painting and provides excellent administrative support to both the office and our clients.  She has six years of office experience and has been an employee with Arch Painting since 2010.  Her duties include scheduling estimates, fielding telephone calls, word processing, filing, and performing general office support.

Pat Pelosi is an inside sales representative for commercial sales at Arch Painting. Currently concentrating on developing and maintaining new commercial accounts, her prior experience includes sales and customer service, as well as project administration. Pat has been an employee with Arch Painting since 2004.

Matt Shearer joined the Arch team in January of 2010. He brought with him over a decade of sales and customer service experience. Matt’s primary job is to develop new commercial accounts. A lifelong Boston native, he currently resides in Nashua, NH.

Nanci Moore is the head of Arch's Accounting/Finance Division, and has been with the company since March 2007. She handles all aspects of accounts receivables, payables, and payroll. Prior to working at Arch Painting, Nanci's vast experience includes handling the accounting responsibilities for various banks, trade organizations, and the restaurant industry.
