Our Commitment to Safety

Arch Painting conducts its business in full compliance with all regulatory and environmental statutes including those set forth by:

  • Federal Government - OSHA (Occupational Safety and Hazard Act)
  • State Government - Massachusetts Department of Labor and Industries, New Hampshire Department of Labor, Maine Department of Labor, and RI Department of Labor

We approach each project after an assessment of potential hazards and a plan to avoid them.  Our Safety Committee utilizes a comprehensive Safety Manual, rigorous and regular training, and stringent monitoring to avoid accidents at job sites. Our Safety Manual is provided to existing clients and companies whose bid documentation requires submittal of such a document as part of the bid process.

Safety Mission Statement

It is the policy of Arch Painting that all aspects of its operations shall be conducted in a safe manner.  We recognize that safeguarding the health and welfare of our employees is of the highest priority.

Arch Painting’s management team believes that accident prevention is a constant shared responsibility.  Each employee’s daily routine must have safety built into every aspect.  We expect every individual employed by Arch Painting to uphold the standards of OSHA as well as the safety standards set forth by Arch Painting.  In addition, all Arch Painting employees are held directly accountable for the prevention of accidents, for their own personal safety, and for the safety of their coworkers.  Arch Painting’s commitment extends not only to its employees but to all subcontractors and visitors on our job sites.  Our goal is to maintain an accident-free work environment, by subscribing to sound operational practices that will result in safe working conditions and efficient construction operations.
