Before any work begins, Arch Painting takes all necessary measures to protect the belongings of your building and its employees, while providing you with the highest quality service. When working on the interior of your building we take the following steps:
Protect
Move furniture aside and cover with plastic to protect from dust and paint
Mask and/or shut down fire smokes and sprinkler heads in accordance with building and local fire codes
Use caution tape, barriers, and wet paint signs to direct employees and guests safely around the work site
Mask all fixtures, hinges and doorknobs
Protect floors with drop cloths
Clean up and leave the area neat and orderly before departing each night
Prepare

Fill nail holes |

Machine grind or sand blast metal to remove rust |

|
Run negative air machines when necessary to properly ventilate building |
|
|
Strip old wall covering |
|
|
Clean dirt and dust off surfaces to be painted to ensure proper adhesion |

|
Repair plaster cracks and holes |
|
|
Caulk gaps where trim molding meets walls and ceilings |
|
|
Sand and dust all surfaces to ensure a superior finish |
Apply
|
|
Primer applied to bare wood and other surfaces as needed |
|
|
Stain-blocking primers used on water and smoke stains |
|
|
When wallpapering, a primer coat is applied for proper adhesion |
|
|
All surfaces are painted using rollers, brushes, and sprayers for maximum quality |
Interior Warranty
Arch Painting, Inc. warrants labor and material for a period of two years from the completion date of the work or we will return to touch up free of charge. Repairs are performed only on areas where product failure has occurred. In no event will Arch Painting, Inc. be responsible for the consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse. Exact color cannot be guaranteed due to fading.
Interior Exclusions: Warranty excludes cracks, paint peeling due to tape or stickers applied to wall surfaces, water stains due to leaks, or accumulation of dirt or other particles causing discoloration or change in appearance.
